Shipping Time

Most of our zero-waste pieces are made to order. These take around 10–15 working days to create and ship, depending on the design. For items that are ready in stock, we typically take 7 working days to process and dispatch your order. Custom orders may take longer to dispatch. We’ll stay in touch and share an estimated timeline once your order is confirmed. Once shipped, your order should reach you within 2–4 working days, depending on your location.

• Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number and instructions on how to track your package. Please allow some time for the tracking information to become available.

• Order Delivery and Responsibility

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or postal authorities. However, we’ll gladly help track your order through our delivery partners. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so that we can initiate a claim with the shipping carrier.

• Incomplete or Incorrect Addresses
It is essential to provide accurate and complete shipping information at the time of placing your order. We are not responsible for any delays or undeliverable shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at an additional shipping cost

• Order Cancellation and Changes
Once an order has been placed and processed, it cannot be canceled or modified. If you have any urgent changes or inquiries regarding your order, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist you.

• SHIPPING OF PRODUCTS
All orders are processed from our Studio in Karachi Pakistan. Orders will be delivered to the shipping address mentioned at checkout.
