Each necklace comes with a 12-inch extension dori, allowing you to easily adjust the fit for comfort and style. Loosen or tighten it to suit your neckline and mood perfectly.

SMALL: Wrist size (12cm to 15cm)

MEDIUM: Wrist size (15.5cm to 19cm)

CARE

It all depends on how you take care and how often your wear.

- Keep your jewelry in the fabric bag provided to protect them from dust.
- Remove your jewelry before showering, swimming or doing activities that may expose it to dirt, moisture or harsh chemicals.
- Avoid applying makeup around neck area.
- If it gets dirty gently handwash with mild soap, avoid hard scrubbing. Hang to dry in the shade, away from direct sunlight.
- Be gentle with your ZERO-WASTE pieces.
Avoid rough handling or pulling.

SHIPPING

Shipping Time

  • Most of our zero-waste pieces are made to order. These take around 10–15 working days to create and dispatch, depending on the design. 
  • For items that are ready in stock, we typically take 7 working days to process and dispatch your order. 
  • Custom orders may take longer to dispatch. We’ll stay in touch and share an estimated timeline once your order is confirmed. 
  • Once shipped, your order should reach you within 2–4 working days, depending on your location.
